Sited adjacent to Avenue 80, Avenue 81 is a mixed-use, senior living project consisting of 150 independent and assisted living units, 11,000 SF retail, a three-story parking garage, three story clubhouse & residential amenity courtyard. This project was designed in conjunction with Schwerdt Design Group.
